$35.00 application fee required for all tenants and guarantors since background check is required for all parties who will have access to the apartment. This fee is NON-REFUNDABLE

Decisions are based on a number of factors not simply limited to credit score/income.

Management relies on the information given above to be complete and accurate in order to act on your application in a timely manner. Any false statements, misrepresentations, inaccurate information or failure to supply the data requested above may serve as a rejection of your application or grounds for an eviction action if later discovered to be false, misrepresented, inaccurate or incomplete information.
In order to process applications, we must have one per every occupant over 18 years of age. All monies and requested documentation must be provided before application will be considered. Completion and fees associated with this rental application do not guarantee that the application will be accepted or approved.
If approved, security deposits can vary from $500, up to 2 months of rent depending of screening results. All approved applications require a $500 holding fee which will be applied to security deposit upon move-in. If tenant cancels application and does not move-in, $500 holding fee is not refundable as it will cover for time lost while property was removed from the market after application approval. This property does not participate in any housing voucher programs.
